Harif – Expulsion of Jews from the Middle East, 2021
On November 30th, 2021 I read a new poem ‘Daughters of Islam’s Disappeared’ at a special event at the JW3 Centre in North London. The poem was commissioned by Harif to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the expulsion and departure of Jews from Arab countries and Iran in the wake of the 1956 Suez crisis.
